Site:  Ojuwo - Iyale (Dekina LGA), Iyale. The institution is situated on a hill, translated in Igala "Ojuwo" since Iyale is surrounded by hills. This was the base of Iyale Memorial Dispensary started by Miss Rusell, a Canadian missionary, before relocating to the present site of the general hospital.
